Bayer Crop Science Announces 2026 B4U University Mentorship Program
We are pleased to share that Bayer Crop Science has opened applications for the 2026 B4U – University Mentorship Program, a unique professional development opportunity for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars interested in agriculture, biotechnology, data science, sustainability, and allied fields.
The 2026 B4U program flier (linked below) includes a QR code for application submission, along with dates for upcoming virtual informational sessions hosted by Bayer Crop Science. These sessions will provide prospective applicants with full program details, expectations, and insights into the mentorship experience.
Penn State has a strong history of engagement with B4U. In 2025, fifteen Penn Staters were selected for the inaugural PSU–B4U cohort, representing disciplines across the life sciences, engineering, and agricultural sciences. Their accomplishments were highlighted in a University news story:

We are excited to continue building on that momentum in 2026 and encourage all interested graduate students and postdocs to explore this opportunity.
For any questions about the program, please feel free to reach out.
We look forward to another successful year of PSU participation in B4U!
Best wishes,
